We are proud to announce that CAVNET has received a substantial grant from the Ms. Foundation. The Ms. Foundation for Women is the country's only national, multi-issue public women's fund. They fund and assist women's self-help organizing efforts, and pursue changes in public consciousness, law, philanthropy, and social policy.

What is CAVNET – An Overview CAVNET is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Washington DC. We work internationally to address violence against women, youth violence, and crimes against people with disabilities. Started and operated by a former prosecutor (and former Special Counsel to the Violence Against Women Office at the U.S. Department of Justice), CAVNET has developed an an online database of information, and a virtual community of over 950 professionals from the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
